Issues with support

Hi everyone I've been playing with Sololearn app for some days now. 3 days ago, I decided I'll try for a month of PRO subscription. After the 3 days trial, bill is sent, 6.99 payment is cleared. But then, my PRO membership wasn't retained on my profile. That's strange I thought, and it looks bad for that kind of a tech company. Whatever, I'm going to get to support and open a ticket. Ok, so there's no support or contact link in the app, that's annoying. I'm gonna go check on good old Google. What I found there that either I send an message thru their website, or an email to their @info. No topics menu or any form to fill, you just send a plain message to a dumpster mail. Wow, I hope they don't have that much customer problems, because prioritizing doesn't seem a priority there ! And the sentence like "we take our customer service very seriously" wasn't that reassuring. So I decided to go for both options, thinking "meh, why not". As of now, I received no answers at all. (suite) ... the problem or any ticket opening whatsoever. In the end I'll probably continued using the Sololearn app. (If they fix that matter) But I wanted to point out the blatant absence of any seriousness in support. Spamming an @info is not a solution of any kind nowadays. I know that not the right place to complain about that particular subject. But then, where else ?

Simba , i did not cancel. And I have proof of purchase/payment. But my problem isn't the center of the problem. The real problem is how can you sell a product, with close to no support. It's not like you can't get an online chat, or just a simple form, or any comprehensive topic based menu for that.

...(suite 2) That's now a day I've been complaining about this problem and I'm still waiting for any kind of an answer. I think saying all this is sloppily managed is an understatement. I wonder what I'm heading for. Will I have to raise a complain to get the refund and loose more time ? Has Sololearn totally lost sight that answering their customers is part of their business model ? (To follow...) edit: I am now looking into another application to replace Sololearn. It's a shame, but it's well deserved.
