Guys my computer is 4 gb ram in 1 port and i have just change it to 8 gb another ram and the problem is if the computer is in 8 gb the fan was not work but in 4gb that's work so what can i do i need the 8 gb but the fan not work that will be damag my computer help me to use the 8 gb

1. Is your CPU 32bit or 64bit?
A computer running 32-bit processor only supports 4 GB of RAM.
2. Does your computer power on when you put the 8gb in?
You mentioned the fans does not spin. Does that mean you don't have any power, or you're not getting past the bios screen?
3. If you have power does it make the computer makes any beeps with the 8gb ram installed?

8 gb ram is not supported because of mother board configuration please check system info can it support DDR3 RAM/ DDR4 .

What changed? Did the new memory cause the change, or did something get damaged?
If you put it back how it was before (with the 4Gb RAM) does the fan work again???

The HTML can you put the 4Gb RAM back into the computer (without the 8Gb), does the fan work again
{edit: it is most likely that a cable got unplugged/damaged when you opened up the computer. Try it how it was before, that way you can eliminate that problem. if that works, then we might be able to help with settings/software/hardware}

Bhai tumko ram check krna chahiye. Tumhara computer konsa ram support krta hai like DDR3 or DDR4 or agar offline shop se liya hai toh koi bt nhi change Kara lena. Or yaha tum YouTube pe dekh lo. tum used kr new ram ko

I have chage new ram the last ram is 4 gb and the changed ram is 8 gb and my computer working in both but the cpu fan was not work in 8 gb but that works in 4 gb ram.
the problem is only the fan i think the problem is lack of power or software problem

The computer is hp and the base os in kali linux and i d't change any thing i have change only the ram
