What is the meaning of that cloud shape on my course list and what if it signed or not?!

If the cloud is just an empty outline of a cloud, it means that you are using the cloud based version of the course and need to have an internet connection in order to proceed through the course. If you click the menu next to that course (3 dots) and select 'make available offline' it will download the course to your device and the cloud will become filled in with a check mark to indicate it has been downloaded. You can then go through the course on that device without an internet connection and your progress will be updated on the servers (cloud) when you have reconnected the app to the internet.
