Question

Given a digit number say 123, how can I get the output sum in formula form, eg 1+2+3=6 as opposed to just 6.Also what if I want to exclude 2 in the calculation, how do I do it to output 1+3=4, lastly what if I want to multiply the 3 by 2,eg 1+2+(3*2)=9
