Related to filters and object.

Question

If i want to create a page like Linkdin, where there are filters of Age, industry, jobtype, location, salary etc.
And all Jobs are listed in boxes containing these details.
And we can use filters and search box.
Is it possible to do this,
Like how the data submitted on a form gets converted into the data presented in box (the job detail box).
