Problem to select options

I'm really Wondering. If someone else had Problems to select the options or drag and drop it, into the places?

Once someone asked about this, and got recommended to click or tap the option instead (in correct order) when the drag and drop isn't working or is acting weird.

It may be your touchscreen. Have you got a way to calibrate it (I know Sony does, not sure about other brands).
