Convert text to image

Question

The problem is that I have the colour of each pixel(rgb or hex) of the wanted image, but I can't colour every single pixel by hand! I need a program that reads the map of the image from a txt file and creates the result. Sure this program can be written with a high-level language, but I thought there might be a more simple way!
