Why is here not possible to ad code with scanner

Question

I mean,if you add scanner ,the input pops up in the moment you try to compile your code.
How can this be avoided or it is just like that with this compiler

Pop-up box asks input.
So you have give input.
But you need to give all required input at once in that pop-up box.
