I think PC would be best. Get an editor to make your website i suggest VS Code because it is easy and lightweight and also the most used editor of all times. If you dont want to download anything then you can also practice online. Microsoft has launched online VS code so that you can use vs code on your mobile without installing it. There are also some other online editors such as codepen and codetogether. When i started frontend like making websites and react apps. I used to code it in codepen first. If it looks good i used to take it into my vs code (Online one) and add more functionality in it. Some youtube channels can help too like codewithharry if u speak hindi. This was altogether my opinion. And also i am also an frontend developer so if you want help i am there just dm me. Have a good day πŸ˜€

I would suggest finishing the html lesson here on Sololearn and then move to the CSS lesson. You can use Sololearn to create your own web codes using html, css, and Javascript. Here are a couple of examples https://code.sololearn.com/W8DZH4tNqd9D/?ref=app https://code.sololearn.com/W2OILqnj437P/?ref=app

As suggested you can do responsive course here on Sololearn after that you can visit Freecodecamp Frontendmentor Here you can practice skills that you've just learned. All the best

For some simple practice you can use sololearn just fine. But when time comes to learn responsive design, or to push your knowledge and learn things like React/Angular, or to make site with more than 1 page use your PC. For editor i suggest VScode it is simple editor where you can install lot of addons for making coding faster and better. Also it have the most tutorials on internet of how to use it, this editor.

Hello shahd, I really appreciate your enthusiasm to learn Html.Based on my experience i will tell u If ur learning Html in Sololearn,You have to explore the sololearn app there is a lot of information we will get through this app.You can practice your Html codes and test in the Code section,In Explore section you can give ur quiz with other sololearn partners. If u have laptop or Computer it is best i think to practice in Notepad firstly and then go to Visual Studio code to save time. And daily you have to create some web projects in Html. Here in Sololearn you can see all the projects shared by co-sololearners ,so you can go through it and if you have any doubts you can post it in the doubt section.Wishing you all the best for ur learning...
