What's the best order to complete courses in SoloLearn?

This was my path: 1. HTML 2. CSS 3. JavaScript 4. JQuery 5. SQL 6. PHP 7. Java 8. C# 9. C++ 10. Python 11. Ruby 12. Swift I started off with web development courses as I was told it was the easier way. Then for software development, I found the C++ course really clear and best explained, if I had known this I would have done it before Java. What order did you follow or would recommend to follow? 😊

Courses Completed (in chronological order): 1. C++ (incredible power introduced) 2. Java (ok, this is more typing) 3. HTML (why can't more be like this) 4. CSS (a coloring book in a box) 5. JavaScript (I feel like there's so much more...) 6. SQL (It's like it knows what I will say) 7. *Python (why was I typing so much?) * = current course I like the order I selected for myself but to each his own. Pending courses: 8. C# 9. PHP 10. jQuery 11. Ruby 12. Swift

It depends on your interest. If you are interested in web designing, you should go for: HTML CSS JavaScript JQuery PHP Else if in ethical hacking: Python Else in software development then: JAVA, Swift, C++ & C#

@Jeremy Hunter: Thanks! I agree ☺ I was thinking this post could be a guide mostly for beginners, based on my experience, some of the courses were better explained than others. Knowing these tips might even help those who want to get the Learner side of the pie chart at 100% faster 😊

php shld be at no. 5,coz above 4 are mainly used for Web development. perhaps the order is selfstanding decision of a learner(programmer). i would recommend you to find your area of interest and choose accordingly. if you're a beginner learn c before c++ or any other language as far as software development is concerned. perhaps you r getting alot of XPs. 😀

I guess it really depends what you want to do. Swift is of no use to an Android developer who would thus learn Java.

I'm new to this app but have gone back and forth with coding/programming. One video that explains the beginners path and branch's (front, back, dev) is https://youtu.be/sBzRwzY7G-k. You pretty much nailed the path way that is the most recommended for beginners 😉. Happy coding!

why people are writing down c++ as web developing is concerned. I guess c and c++ have nothing to do with web developing. please correct me if I wrong. I am a beginner. Thank you
