Allright, We have to build an advance task force to report spambot and codecat (named after copycat).
rules for spambot
1. ask user to be slim by buying their product
2. ask user to watch movie by clicking their link.
rules for codecat
1. only copy no modified and not make it private (the most important is not make it private)
2. have no respect for original coder.
