Who can help me pick an IDE for web development ?

Question

Picking an IDE is so frustrating .I want an IDE that supports HTML , CSS, JavaScript ,Python , SQL and PHP. My candidates are Visual studio , Eclipse and atom .And you would think it's as easy as picking visual studio cause it's the best . But that's the tricky part .My windows version is only compatible with the 2015 Visual studio version but it's compatible with the latest version of Eclipse and Atom . Honestly I simply can't pick . My windows version is = "10 v1000"
If there is any IDE I have not mentioned , please feel free . Thanks for your time .

Dylano Zuijderwijk .I don't think it would be the same thing . I want an IDE not a text editor
