If you mean a mobile app, you gotta learn Kotlin, if it's IOS, learn Swift

Look up any short video course how to create basic app (reader, calendar, etc). Doesnt matter if its in Java or Kotlin, as u need to learn your way around Android Studio first, working with projects, etc. Coursera and Udemy are probably your best starting points

A shopping app is not a suitable project for a beginner. Shopping apps work with a lot of sensitive information, in particular payment information. You shouldn't handle things like that unless you really know what you're doing.
