what is the xp scheme of sololearn?

Question

firstly i thought that the only way to gain xps is either to learn or to win a chalange.
But it seems that its not as simple as that
since i havent learned any topic or won any chalange but i still got xps.
all that happened from yesterday is someone likes my post or my code and someone starts following me.
so i was wondering howmany xps do we get on each sush event?
