I made two codes and they both are not passing cases 3 and 5(which are locked).
Please help me debugging them. if possible tell, what and why is the error?

As ♤♢☞ 𝐊𝐢𝐢𝐛𝐨 𝐆𝐡𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐥 ☜♢♤ has stated, one of the common problems is the rounding to whole number thing.
Another common problem is that people automatically count letters and words, but don't notice punctuation or SPACES.
Code will count everything, unless you specify not to
