improvement? i want to know how could i code css and so that in future i must not have to edit my code because of css development or browser development . and so for html and javascript .... , thanks all.

You can automate this painfull process this called post-processor autoprefixer.
I use prepos.io software for this, write normal code and the tool make the magic.
The tools is commercial but unlimited trial.
