I am planning to design a website for Milligram trading of Gold and Milli Cent Trading of Diamonds. Which Languages to use ?

One Milligram of Gold costs Rs.02.75/- & Ten milligram costs Rs.27.50/-One Millicent of Diamond costs 65 paise to 150 paise depending upon Grades. Minimum Ten Millicents of Diamond is to be ordered at a time. Delivery of Gold will be given when 1000 Mg of Gold is in account and Diamond Delivery will be given when 500 Millicents is stored in members account. Less than 5% of population OWN DIAMONDS. This Diamond Savings Plan will provide Diamond Ownership to majority of people. Gold ownership too will boost.

But if you serious about building website trading gold n diamond, you should using linux as server and learn more about security. because your website is typical target of black hat.

i checked the website and as a first time UX i might suggest 2 things:
1 quick and clear explanation of how the whole thing works
2 improved mobile compatible layout (if your audience are villagers they'll likely have phones instead of pc/laptop monitors).

ease of use if you want to conquer yhe masses.

You're a php guy if I don't mistake. you should be fine with Html for front end and SQL for the DB.
Due to sensitivity of information my paramount focus would be on security. You don't want to go through your code to implement sec'ty a-posteriori.

I think Muammar Gaddafi wanted to reject petrol dollars in favor of gold: according to how he ended up, these might not be the right times for such a project.
