which information should have an application to sell it ?

is there anyone sold any application. I wrote an application in app inventor and I don't know if I can sell it to others or it should be written with a better language like java or kotlin?

You can sell your applications on various sites, on these sites you publish a project for any amount. But for me it is better to use the programming language.
You can program applications using languages: Swift, Java, Kotlin ...
