Hi I recently reached at HTML5 i want to ask is UTF-8 is similar to whatsapp's end to end encryption? Explain in simple manner

encoding is a way to convert some data into numerical values in a manner that you could easily decode it...
encrypting on the other side is also a way to convert some date into numerical values BUT in a way that you cannot easily decode it without having handled the process ^^
in short: anyone can decode encoded data, while only authorized ones can unencrypt

no it's not...
UTF-8 is an encoding standard
whaysapp's end to end encryption is a secured encryption algorithm
(is it enough simple manner? ;P)
