My daily streak got reset

Question

Can someone please explain why my daily streak for 500+ days just got reset? I open this app every single day to get a daily bonus, however starting this week, my daily streak reset and is now at 1. What happened?

marjel101 When I noticed that I lost my streak it was already too late to mail I think. It was just gone. I have no idea how that could happen.
I did not mail them, not sure about Stan.

Raj Chhatrala I understand. Well, I just mailed today, or actually sent in a bug report, about this. Haven’t received a response yet, though. Maybe it helps if others report it as well.

I had streak of something like 1250+ and I don't know how and when but it reset.
Let's just not cry and start it again 😂

Stan A and Raj Chhatrala Did you mail SoloLearn about this? It happened to me too. Started about a week ago, and since then I loose my streak almost every day, despite using the app several times daily...

I thought mine got reset with a recent update. I check this app at least TWICE a day, every 6 or 8 hours to make sure I don’t miss out on the daily bonus. There is no way it should have been reset.

Raj Chhatrala So, how can I email them or send them bug reports? I don’t see the support page anywhere.
