As I am a newly JavaScript learner here.

Question

Do you think fair that we have to solve the problem of trip planner just after learning basic concepts and not based on those things? For me, I don't even know where to start first to write the code and what does the word "parseInt" there means. What should I do? Now I finished nearly halfway of JavaScript with Sololearn. But I cant solve even a single problem throughout the course Ive learnt. I really need help.

Try to finish the course for now, and see whether the doubts you have be cleared by finishing the course.
I personally think it's not about fair or not, it's more about how far we'd try and go finding ways to solve a problem. If we can't/don't find something in the course, then we go search the net, or even this forum for answers or how-tos.
Don't get discouraged, if you have tried and got stuck on something, search the forum for similar questions. If none were found to be satisfying, post a new question including link to your tryout code in the Description, the community will help you out when they see you tried 👍

@Ipang Thanks for your advice. Like you said, I need to finish the course first. Or I need to learn extra concepts relating with those difficulties Ive faced. I promise you I'll try learn to know well what Ive learnt.
