Foreign Key not visible in the PHP tables

Question

Please help these are all the error that I encountered. I an using php and mysql
1. The Supplier ID is not visible in the Supplier’s Location table and Ingredient Table
2. The Ingredient_Id is not visible in the Transaction table
3. In the ingredient table, I entered “Bun” and “125 however it went to Ingredient Id number 2 instead of 1
