Challenger => 10 wins == 1% challenger

influencer => 10 followers == 1% influencer

Contributor => 1 q&a answer with 5 upvotes == 2% contributor

Learner => completing all courses == 100% learner.

pro does not give any advantages for getting xp quickly. unless you have more opportunities to solve more tasks, and each task is an additional at least 10 xp
