Question

I changed phone, in the previous one when I completed all the lessons I received the certificate, now on the new one I have also to complete the projects, but a lot of them require the pro version. It gives me the certificate anyway or I have to buy pro? For example I completed python for beginners on the old phone and I have the certificate but now it says me that I am at the 86%

You can get certificate without pro version.

You can get your certificates without pro version too, just complete all non pro projects and lessons
