How do you get better at remembering ?

Hi,
I am trying to get better at SQL. I will admit I have come through leaps and bounds. However, when I am at work I struggle to think of the relevant queries I would need to create for a particular problem.
Anyone had this early on, and how did you overcome this ?
(I know experience is key, but looking for techniques etc)

Then you may want to do the same thing over and over until you get sick of it. When you are, you will remember

You answered your own question. You just have to keep doing it. And eventually you will just remember. There's no technique or special way
