Can I code a discord bot in SoloLearn Playground?

Question

I want to code a program for discord where members can use a command to check information from the nintendo switch app without ever leaving the server. Any info on creating these bots and commands in general might be helpful. I don't have a computer and therefore don't have access to programs like visual studio.
