If "best" means most efficient, then I agree Sololearn is the best!

There are three methods I have used to learn programming: reading a book, learning as I go using official documentation, and using the Sololearn app. Out of those three methods Sololearn is by far the quickest and most effective way to learn programming in my experience.

I am speaking from personal experience, however it is hard to dispute that Sololearn is an efficient medium for learning programming!
