I am not able to activate my account😥.

Question

I tried all the ways I got.I edited my email for twice and saved it.Somehow an activation email came to my spam inbox.When I enters the link..it takes me to browser version of sololern and it says that my accout has been activated.But when opens the actual sololearn app.I am still unable text anyone. Still my account is unactivated and they are telling me to active.But I did this process for a couple of times but still no avail!!
Last year I opened an account but it was activated easily.
Now it is not working..
Please anyone help me to activate my account.
I will be very grateful to that person.

SoloLearn added some criteria to dm feature, but just become familiar with this app, complete activities, and just wait that they activate it.
Perhaps it'll take same days or weeks.

Ok.Except, sending messeges.. Can I do every other things? Is there any time limitations for that or I just have to complete a single course?

Will Completing one course make my profile activated?Or I have to something more manually after that?
