Certificate - Error 404

Question

I completed Intermediate Python, but when I try to claim the certificate, I get the following error, whether I open it with the link or try to download it.

"404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable."

I'd appreciate any help. Thanks!

Error 404 means Page Not Found, so this is a backend / server error.

400's are a problem on your end
500's are a server issue

try resetting the app and if problem persists, contact [e-mail]
