If you want your h6 elements to be bolded, underlined, and italic, you can use this CSS:

h6 {
font-weight: bold;
text-decoration: underline;
font-style: italic;
}

h6 is bold by default so it is a little redundant to set font-weight: bold but I thought you'd want to know how that's done.
