Html, css and js or WordPress for ease when doing paid online project?

If as a web developer who knows Html, css and js and wants to get paid projects on online platforms but finds it difficult to build numerous static sites from scrach with those languages for each client. Would learning WordPress makes things easier? What can be done to make things easier?

I prefer to use website themes to gather ideas. There are thousands of free to use website themes. Wordpress is a content management system (CMS)— not a website builder. CMS's are flexible but have a learning curve. There isn't any coding unless you intend to make the website themes yourself. You can try an actual website builder such as wix or square space to build websites with out coding.
