offline c++ compilier

I think it would be cool if solo learn make their own offline compiler.

in leptop or pc use we can use turbo c for c/c++ compiler.

I think we should all use DevC++ or CodeBlocks to practice C++ programmimg in Laptops or PCs since they use GCC compiler(that is the compiler which is used in all kinds of competitive coding examinations).
