Hi! Twenty days seems like long time in my eyes...
Have you checked your email adress in your profile? Does it work? Have you confirmed your email by a link from SoloLearn? Is there a possibility for you change the email in your Sololearn profile for a short time, and change it back, so you can get a new conformation link to veryfi from SoloLearn? I don’t know if it should work, but maybe it is worth testing in your case?
