any specialized english courses?

I know that this question is not related to programming, but this thing will help me to learn more, I see that many programmers whose mother tongue is not English, but are good at speaking and understanding, I am not good at English, how can I learn that? Do you have a way to help me learn the English language that is related to programming? Because my goal is to develop my programming skills, thanks

STOP You first need to develop communication skills. Atleast you should have basic understanding of English. It is not necessary that you should have fluency. To understand and speak English see movies in English, listen English songs or you can do any course on speaking English.
