Is it OK to have a slow understanding at coding? [Solved]

Here at SoloLearn, i am learning python and it usually happens that i see a topic and don't understand the concept and get stuck in it for days until i understand the full concept. i see some people they complete a whole course in a few days...does it mean that programming is not for me?

Hi! it's just that different people have different levels of training and thinking (mindset). don't worry, you're all right. try to take a training course in one of the languages here to the end, then study it in more depth. in the end, create and finish a project. if this is a web technology-create a simple website, but with high quality. if this is any other programming language, write a program as a result. as a result, you will understand whether it is yours or not

Don't worry you take your own time to learn. Why don't you use comment section to understand the topic in lessons or in quizzes. Where you can find great explanations. Hope it helps you. Happy coding!!

I have the same type of learning. It's really hard for me to learn other concepts without having a strong and full understanding of the previous one, but the advantage is that I take a lot of time to think about it, and once I've figured it out it's ingrained in my mind, having a more in-depth understanding of the concept. It was quite frustrating in my previous college semesters, just not getting it, but I'm pretty decent now.
