Unable to login in SL Desktop

Question

Very frustrated that I cant login in SoloLearn on my desktop to test and upload my codes.

I have tried on several browsers and usually I have to literally reset my browsers to be able to log in. This does not happen on any other website, why is SL and their staff slacking yet again?

This problem has been around for months now and when I look up on other threads it seems to be years... can someone explain to me why there is such a hassle trying to log into the desktop website?

Sorry I don't use desktop version so I don't know the issue.

I tried to contact SoloLearn staff on Discord, but not successful.

You can tried to message Levon yourself, or anyone with certified tester badge

for years, not... for months... maybe. At least from weeks :P

my last attempt to contact sololearn has never received a response... unfortunatly :(

but you could try yourself, by mail or through the app' feedback feature ;)

When you see the blank page just clear the cookies of sololearn.com and reload the page and you will see sign in with google or facebook button.

yes, I'm currently working to my own code playground linked with a github account, because I'm so disappointed from the last updates of web site (I still didn't update my app' from a long time from now)...

however, that's the first time they do not respond ;)

but from some days, I have from more to more difficulties to post here from app'... and cannot connect through web :(

that's a poor workaround...

I run my desktops only with linux, and free emulator are rare (to not say inexistent)

and by the way, I often use sololearn with my mobile devices, not having easy access to desktop...

This happened to me also,,

I forever use this temp. method :😅

1. Enter user and pass and click loging
2. Afterthere "click new Tab at sololearn web"
3. And dont need to loging again,, just click "Code Playground" or profile or "modify code/new code and just save as private.

Note : dont be saved the public from dekstop :

And come to sololearn mobile app and public it just.

I don't understand why they are so bad at this. I literally just want to be able to sign in on the desktop app and to be able to view my own codes that I post on my desktop on my mobile before I make them public.

And the fact that they didn't even respond to you is very bad indeed

You should download a emulator like bluestacks because most of the people prefer this emulator to download play store apps
Through this you can directly learn from sololearn app in your desktop.
This will be helpful for you I think☺️☺️☺️🤗🤗🤗😉😉😉😉

Thanks. But not all of us know how to do that. The fact that I am having trouble logging into the desktop website is on SoloLearn and their incompetence

Like its literally so basic. Anyone should be able to login. It was fine in 2020 and before. Why not now?
