Yes, you can write and test your code at SoloLearn SQL Try-It-Yourself Playground. You can create and drop new databases and tables, store and select data from new and initial (which generates automatically) tables and databases. But you cannot execute first-learned here queries like "show databases" and "show tables" and backup databases (even temporary; produces syntax error).
