Yes, you can write and test your code at SoloLearn SQL Try-It-Yourself Playground. You can create and drop new databases and tables, store and select data from new and initial (which are generated automatically) tables and databases. But you cannot execute first-learned here queries like "show databases" and "show tables" and backup databases (even temporary; produces syntax error).
