iOS app for working with pythons pandas library

Question

Is there an app for iOS and/or iPadOS which allows to work with pythons pandas and matplotlib libraries?
Actually I'm doing a lot of work with Pythonista, which is absolutely great and comes with matplotlib - but unfortunately has no support for pandas

An app which allows you to write jupyter notebooks on iOS and iPadOS. It's free and even open source - and obviously it comes with pandas support
