What framework is better? angular, vuejs or react

i want to learn one, but i dont know which one.

Here to each his own. Vue is easier to use and understand, but that doesn't make it bad. The react is also normal, but there is a lot of hype on it and it is not known whether it is justified. Angular uses big business, it is very powerful and complex at the same time.
