You can open the PDF certificate with GIMP, do some image-manipulations, and save it as a JPG or print as PDF.
Not sure if that helps. 😳

The date on the certificate indicates when it was issued. We cannot make any changes to this as it is a hard copy.
Feel free to contact sololearn if anything can be done

Ayush Kumar true, that changes you start date and not the issue date of the certificate.
And as far as I know, there is no way to do so.

The only way to preserve old certificate that I can think of is to create a new certificate with the same url and then complete the course and to get a new one.
edit : there is a bug on sololearn which doesn't allow us to do so, as now we can't add anything to "authority" section while adding a new certificate ( it shows "something went wrong"

Nike if gimp was used, it wouldn't have been Photoshopped; it would have been gimped 😂.

As Ayush Kumar mentioned you can probably reset your progress in that language/weapon but you will lose all your XP in that weapon.

gimp obviously wont help if they check and find out it was photoshopped. that would be very bad.

Interestingly, you can change the name on the certificate by changing your user name but I know that was not the question.

u can just do the last challenge again for a new certificate and then save a picture of that.
