tricky, no there are no tricks. Difficult? no. anyone can learn the basics.

of course. if your worried about difficulty, start with Python. it is very beginner friendly. take things 1 lesson at a time. don't skip lessons and don't go to the next one until you fully understand the one your on. with Python you can make programs and applications.
when your ready, move on to Java
