I agree with all answers , and I think you are interested in Ethical Hacking also.
If you are learning web development for Ethical Hacking , then it is a very good practice.
And you need to start from HTML than CSS than JS ... And than you can start web hacking. Hope my answer will help you. 👍

If you want to learn web development, learn first HTML
then CSS
then JS
then etc
but practice is very important

If you understand hindi then follow code with harry on YouTube he is best in teaching for web development

As a beginner start with the basics of web development.
For me i started with html,to css, to javascript, to bootstrap.
From there i moved to python, after python i started Django framework and i ended up being able to combine all those skills to build a fullstack website.
Also dont forget to study databases and also go through as many tutorials as possible
