Requirements to access messages

I am trying to access my messages on here, but it says I have to keep learning to unlock that feature. How much “learning” is required to unlock this feature?

I think you should keep learning until your messenger feature is unlocked:)
Maybe it's level 10 or more
Otherwise keep being active here!

Maybe ill learn enogh to view the code for the app and find in the code the answer to my question, that’d be neat :)
