If you want to develop android apps. Then you should always learn kotlin Olden days java was the first class language for Android App development. But in 2017 google announced that Kotlin will be the first class language for android app develop. If you want to start up your own as mobile applications then choose kotlin, best choice.

The best thing about flutter is the UI components that comes with it. In case of react native, you will have to count on third party libraries for that and they are not that great. However, this is a really tough decision to make. Both flutter and react native are backed by big companies, Google and Facebook and there are big apps made by both of them. You should also keep in mind the way both of them work. Flutter draws its components to the context while react native uses a bridge to actually render native components on the screen. I think you should have a look at the apps made by both of them and decide what you like better. You could find some of them on the official websites.
