With JavaScript, html and css can I create computer applications?.

I learned fundamentals of HTML and CSS.And also I am going to learn JavaScript. with these languages can I create any computer applications.

@Caleb Joe of course there is always a platform/framework/... which can convert anything, it's even possible to make android/ios apps with only html... (phonegap)but they will never be as good as those which are made in java/objective-c

I can't imagine making apps for windows with js which have the same functionality as c# apps, c# was designed for windows Apps

for computer apps you would need c# on windows and objective-c + swift for ios
