PHP or NodeJs or Django or Ruby On Rails??

Which one is used in most of the big IT corporate projects?
For a new server scripter which one will be good to learn that would be pay higher and best future?

php, nodejs, python are the most useful.
in the current time the best language is php .
but the programs say that python will be number #1 as they see the progress of python in last years.

Nodejs is good if you know Javascript because of lightweight and speed.
Php is outdated though it's been there for a long time. But can be built in a anything
Python and Ruby are powerful languages. From web apps to data science.
Corporate projects are developed in Node.js, Python and Ruby.
