Does SoloLearn filter chat messages?

Question

I was recently talking to someone on SoloLearn, and some messages weren’t sending. The ones that weren’t sending were usually about hacking, links, or messages saying that some messages weren’t sending. Is this intentional or was it just a coincidence?
