call file

guys how can i call a random file to from another file123.text
for example:file name:text123.text when i write into this text call text456.txt i want to see it into my execution place how can i do this

The question is not clear.
Do you said that when you call text123.text you want to actually call text456.txt?
And for calling a file do you mean open it or what?
