Visual code editor (IOS)

Question

From what I have found, the only IOS programming apps with Python and Java do not have a visual component and only allow for console use.
Is there an app that allows you to program visuals?
I already have apps allowing me to use HTML/ JavaScript which is why I want to use visual Java/ Python

Be happy, Microsoft fixed your problem before
You can use many editors but I suggest using "visual studio code" by Microsoft
