Money transfer php

Hi guys we are trying to make a money transfer system but are having difficulties. Has anyone done something like this before?

Well making a money transfer web app is quite easy.
Just make a system where users can transfer numbers and add them, make sure the total numbers on your system to be stable so that hackers can't misuse.
Once any transaction is made you just have to deduct number from sender and add to reciever but the actual money will be in your bank only, once anyone add.
So this is a basic architecture.
Maybe it's a bit unclear as I am not good with words.
